Warning... beware of Rudi Van Der Berg !!

<p>I paid this con artist Rudi van der Berg, a deposit for 3 aircons to the amount of R13,000 on the 4th June 2016. To date he hasn't installed them, I asked for the money back, but get loads of excuses and false promises.
