Review of RDP Solar Systems

On 10/10/2018 RDP Solar installed a solar system on my property. The solar system gave us problems as from day two from installation. I wrote a letter to them on the 16/10/2018 to cansel the system. It was within the five day period from delivery to reject the goods permitted by law. They confirm that they received the letter on 17/10/2018 and that they would wright me a formal letter which they did not. We try to phone them from that date up to now. There is just no answer on their phones. The consultant who sell the system to us do not answer his cellphone when we phone him. He also do not answer any whatsup messages. I would be so please if you can help me get rid of this system as it is not what they promised it to be. I do not know if this people are for real although they still advertise on Radio RSG.
