A BAD Expereince!! RDP Solar

RDP Solar installed a solar power system at my townhouse. The batteries and inverter was installed in a clothing cupboard with limited space and ventilation, ignoring safety and health requirements. Hanging clothes in the same cupboard would have resulted in combustible materials touching the inverter and the batteries. After heated discussions it was removed from the cupboard. I had to pay an additional amount to have the installation moved to the garage where it was re-installed with the appropriate steel box for the batteries and enough required ventilation. Why did I have to PAY for a second installation when their first installation did not comply the basic safety and health regulations and requirements?? The final installation was done on 12 Feb 20. On 14 Feb 20 I mailed RDP solar and requested the Certificate of Compliance. No reply has been received yet! I tried calling RDP offices as well as the sales agent, no answer!! this is a nightmare experience!!
