No feedback after payment was done

This supplier claims to be able to get your lost divorce documents and case number from the high court where you got divorced. They are quite eager to help until you do the payment. After that you don't hear a thing from them again. They do not respond to emails, to do not answer their phone. No reply on faxes sent. I am sure this is a **** of some sorts.
