Money24sa is the worst

I have had the worst experience from Money24sa, they lie to you from day one and their staff are extreamly unprofessional and have no way of speaking to thier customers (Natashs & Dale) should not work in customer service. The lies they tell you is unbelievable and they ate backed up by thier bosses.

It takes them 5 days to responde to you if you are lucky to get one.

They promise to negotiate a lower interest rated on my behalf only to find out after almost a year my interest rate was never lowered it remained at 27% and now i am further in arrears. I have emailed on the 27 Aug 22 requesting to cancel and have received no response till now.

This compay is *******, i want my money you took for 6 months refunded for your services, because i could have paid that installment myself, why would i pay someone over R500 to make a deposit for me, i want this agreement cancelled and the service charges you took refunded. Send me a confirmation email once you paid my creditors with MY money you took now end August and once my debit has been cancelled.
