RDM DIAGNOSTICS HOWARD STREET BENONI RICHARD WARNING STAY AWAY !
Had an extremely disappointing experience with RDM Diagnostics in Benoni, run by Richard. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into months of frustration and zero results. Richard keeps vehicles unreasonably long times, constantly promising progress, yet nothing is actually done. Despite making payments, one has to retrieve the vehicle, only to discover that the issues had not been addressed at all. Money taken but nothing done to the vehicle. There IS always an excuse, and somehow a “new problem” would come up each time. To make matters worse, he leaves the cars on the street for extended periods, resulting in multiple parking tickets. Instead of handling this responsibly, Richard simply discards the tickets. This level of negligence and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. Based on experience, I would strongly advise others not to trust this business with their vehicles.
