I purchased a Lorenzetti water heater that only lasted for four days. Product costs R1500 and was told that there's no refunds. The lady at the shop sent me images of a burnt element and a charge of R350. I read a notice in the shop about a 1year guarantee. Why do o have to pay for a product that lasted for only four days.
