Follow up service is pathetic.

R&D Technologies are very quick to make sales but their after service is pathetic. They take your calls and ask you to fill out a google form and then they say a technician will be in touch with you and then nothing. It will go on like this for days and days of empty promises and gaslighting. This company isn’t worth the stress.
