RD Electrical and maintenance (Ryan Delport)

RD Electrical and maintenance was contracted by myself to replace existing Kitchen Cupboards. The "owner" (Ryan Delport) gave me a written quote of >R48,000 which I accepted. He requested a deposit of at least 80% and I paid him R45,000 deposit into his account on 11 May 2023. He came the following week with the "Carpenter" from another company who took measurements and said the cupboards will be completed in his (Carpenter's) workshop. The top kitchen cupboards was then removed by RD electrical (Ryan and two guys) He had no proper tools and used some of my personal tools. I found out the "Carpenter" cell number and phoning him to find out the progress in building of the cupboards, he said he got no instruction from Ryan Delport and Ryan owes him money. Then I phoned Ryan and the swearing started and ************ messages to my wife and myself saying and threatening myself and my wife saying he knows where we stay and will visit my home with his nephews and show what they are capable of. I laid a charge of theft, ***** and ************ as he does not respond to and of my calls or what apps and work has stopped altogether since top kitchen cupboards was removed on 23 May 2023. Only received whatts app threats from Ryan, the "owner" of RD Electrical. Alberton area: Do NOT TRUST or use this so called Contractor, he is a ****mer. Court case to follow.
