None existent customer service

We bought a RCT laptop on takealot “RCT 14.1" Celeron N3350 Notebook - 64GB eMMC | 4GB RAM | WIN10PRO” but it was shipped with a password enabled for “defaultuser0”. After multiple attempts to get them to send us the password, nothing. They customer service is none existent.
