ZERO COMPASSION

I am disgusted that during a pandemic where so many lost their jobs and got salary cuts, that 1 can be treated so horribly because they were unemployed and unable to pay their debts. I was unemployed from April to July 2020 which put my RCS account in arrears. As soon as I started working again, I made payment arrangements and have been paying religiously since August. I was in arrears R12000 approx and have since paid R11000 towards it however my account is still in arrears of R8700??? I dont understand this. I am paying for NOTHING CLEARLY!!!! Twice I asked RCS for my credit insurance kick in as I am unemployed. I was told I will receive documents and I never received it, I was then just handed over.

I am constantly being harassed and told I need to pay more however I cannot afford it whatsoever. I just wish some compassion was given during this HORRID times that is affecting everyone around the world. I am stuck between feeding my 1yr old and paying you people more money??? Its fine, my child can then starve just to make you people happy. You disgust me.
