Your self help and customer services are useless.
Your self help and customer services are useless. The website hardly ever works, your app never works and your customer service department take forever to respond and half the time don't have the experience / listening s****s / knowledge to help me.

13 Dec 2018, 15:43I am very dissapointed. The woman who called me had no knowledge of IT at all, would not listen to me whatsoever, kept talking over me, I explained the issue again and again but she was no interested.
