years of account being paid up, i contacted rcs for a paid up letter. now they telling me i owe still money.
This account was paid up years ago. I contacted them for a paid up letter and found out I still owe money. I numerous times contacted them and they say their supervisor will contact me or they will do investigations , but nothing happens. I need a paid up letter as soon as possible.
