Still have not received any assistance regarding a payment I made at a game store and it was not allocated.

13 Jun 2022, 18:39I am still waiting for feedback since 2 weeks ago! I made a payment beginning April and till this day it has not reflected. I received my statement and the payment is not on there! I have sent a million emails,DMs and still no assistance. You are the ****tiest service provider ever! **** PEOPLE ‼️ Very bad customer service and *********** staff ‼️
