I need to know the settlement balance on mine and my wife's account i need to settle those loans there is no information on your website how to settle and i called in your call centre and waited on the line for 38 minutes then the IVR music then just went silent and i dropped the call.<br> <br> Its funny how there's a message on your IVR that says we are experiencing unusually high call volumes but you guys always have high call volumes so why lie?<br> <br> This need to be resolved.
