wrongfully charged
11/11 we weny to pick n pay liquer, woodland. We bought for R348,98. 1st swipe was denied. Phoned in. They said swipe again, approved. We went to pick a pay hyper, woodland, buy for R530,68. Swipe 4x, all denied. While being on the phone with rsc. Only after half an hour on the phone the 5th swipe went through on their side. Rsc account shows all the swipes went through. Lady on phone said it will be deducted from account. Its not done. We are charged over R2000 for purcheses that didnt go through
