Wrong refund
Good day
I don't know if this is sum kind of joke i have just received R130 in my account as a refund from rcs (dial direct loans) while i am supposed to get R13 077.78 which i had erroneously paid in the dial direct loans account on the 2nd April 2024. I do not have an account with this company i have attached the proof of payment showing thier standard bank account that wss credited with my money on de 23rd May with reference number ***.
Now i do not understand this R130 paid to my account. I urgentlyt need the money to pay the correct creditor. This is causing me so much inconvenience

12 Jun 2024, 22:23This is getting ridiculous last week u called in and the agent assisting said my query is with finance team and is being processed ,she went as far as stating that her manager would be back last Monday and that she will call ne back with feedback on Tuesday Which was yesterday, i did not receive any calls
Why is it so difficult for RCS to refund my Capitec account as they can see the payment i made of R13077.78 erroneously to thier standard bank account as i am not a client with them. I need to pay the correct creditor as this is reflecting bad on my credit record. I have sent through all necessary documentation requested by them still 3 weeks down the line i have not received my money. Can you process my request ASAP so I that i can fix my account with my creditor .
