Wrong instalment amount
I bought an item at Foschini in October 2020 ising my RCS VIP card. Due to not being satisfied I returned it. On my statment that amount doesn't appear meaning it was not refunded. I am now paying a higher instalment since then and I sent an email enquiring about it but no response.
