WRONG information provided to ITC

In September my Makro credit card debit was not successful due to insufficient funds on my account. I paid my account via EFT on the 12th of October. I also paid the October instalment as per usual on the 25th of October, however when I check on my transunion credit profile reflects that I did not pay my September/October instalment for more than 30 days. I called RCS on the 4th to have this rectified and to this date the haven't done that. When I spoke to Luyanda today she tells me it takes 30 days for them to do that. <br> <br> I don't have 30 days, I want to fix this ASAP!!!
