Wosre staff and service ever

In my opinion rcs does not deserve any stars their service is pathetic. They have the most uneducated, under qualified staff ever. Their customer service from me, is rated - 0 by some of the agents. If I could use 1 word describing the service and agents, it would be pathetic. They ***** money, they have no professionalism, no understanding of simple logic and no desire or sense of humanity to even consider the state of disaster that our entire world is in. They give you an amount to pay when u call in, and that's done with arrogance mind you and then deduct their own amount as they please leaving the customer in deficit for other accounts and creating a negative credit profile. It has been my worse experience with this company and they approached me into opening this account and basically forced me into doing so. I will not advise anyone to get involved with this company.
