Worst service ever

I am utter disgusted with the poor service and from the customer service team. When ever they want the installment they can call 100 times. My son made a mistake and transfered money towards my RCS card instead of myself for my hospital bill, im waiting for feedback from the refunds team nothing, the payment was made on the 2nd July. Uptill now the refund is not done. K even explained to the agents but they don't care about us as the customers and the wellbeing. RCS the agents url as a huge company employ the worst agents ever.

I will be closing my accounts due to ******* customer service ever.
