worst service ever

I have had this pick n pay account since 2018 but today, i had the worst experience ever, got taken from pillar to post by their call centre agents just because of asking to update my personal details on my account what a bad service which will result to cutting of their services and closing the account, these are the agents (Lindokuhle, Asanda, Portia and the other 2 ladies from the ***** department who i did not get their names.
