WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
VERY poor service all round. I have settled and closed my auto finance account with this bank and still I am waiting 3 weeks to receive my Natis DOCUMENTS. I have been holding on for call centre for more than 40 minutes now just to be assisted and to get MY CARS PAPERS. Pathetic! This matter will be taken further. WORST SERVICE EVER!
