Worst Security on these Game Credit Cards!!!
On my monthly statement, there’s a purchase of R5499 and I don’t know anything about that. There’s someone who used my documents to make a purchase at game using my Game Card.
It looks like that person declared my card “lost”, made a new one and made that huge purchase. How did that happen ? Aren’t we supposed to trust these stored with our personal documents ? This is really strange and I’m totally not happy about it.
I’ve never lost my card, never lost my ID. How did the person manage to go through with the purchase ? HOW???

21 Oct 2020, 10:36I’ve opened a case of ***** with the SAPS. I will make follow ups on that. I will go to the store that appears on my statement with the Police if I have to. I will not wait for your 21 days while you’re the one who compromised my documents and also waiting to debit me for something I know nothing about. Your security cannot be that negligent !!! I’m in possession of my apparent “lost” card which you indeed declared lost. There will be an explanation to this !!!
