Being sent from Pole to Pole, Calling and You told To Send Your Documents, Yet your Email Is never Rep**** To, Then When You call You are told That Email can only b a day in their systems and They are deleted, And You are Forced to re send the documents to get non existent Help or assistance, The consultants are nice when they sell you the product/service but rude to solve your queries, My card has been Blocked Due to an ******* activity that happened In another Province same day I made My Purchase In My Home Town, Haven’t been assisted to-date except for Our Consultant will reply shortly, It has been Weeks Of getting same Automated reply not actual reply, Yet They are quick To Debit your account On wrong calculations, I just wana quit the whole and Consult NCR on this type Of service, you get no reference number nothing for your query.
