Worst improvement

Ive been making online payment for a while on my Game Account. Now with the facial recognition I scan and the application acknowledges the scan and Thank message appears. Nothing happens on the application afterwards. I'm just sitting there looking at a message saying We’ve sent an SMS to the following mobile number **********, please click on the URL and follow the prompts to continue. I've always tried to pay my accounts well in advance and adding an extra amount however this new system is the worst. Why change a system that had no issues. Online is supposed to be effortless but this has been the worst improvement I've seen in a while. I cant be the only one.
