Worst Customer service

This goes to some employee from this company. Akona at customer service. What an arrogant rude lady. She can't explained to me in simple English terms, but accuse me, a well educated person, quote, " How can I explain to you in simple English" unquote. This when I asked her why my card was declined, while I've never ever skipped a payment. The worst that this young woman can tell me was" Stop purchasing and pay your account". That was so rude and low class to me that I'm so offended that I will close this account very soon, and will not use this card ever again. I sincerely hope that this company will stop employing people, just to be politically correct.
