Worst Customer service and lack of integrity and ethics as a Service provider in the Financial Services Industry

I will give them a zero for service. The sad part is they only relevant because they provide a service to the masses most people that does not have the means. I have requested closure of my account and 2 weeks later it has still not been done.

They should be delicensed as a financial services company and the ethics is not existence.
