Worst Credit Company in the world

Game and RCSis the worst service in the world, I had a DionWired account that had to be turned into a game account when they went out of business. The gave me a new card and it doesn't work, I cant pay my account instore with it. I cant use it to buy anything and then this month, the first time in over 3 years that I cannot pay my account they phone me and i tell them that, sya its no problem and then 4 days later hand me over to a debt collection agency???? Its a f******* disgrace cant wait to just be done with with your **** absolutely dispicable. Then after handing it over no mention of who is doing it not a single person at rcs answerts the phone what the hell am I supposed to do? I am seriosuly considering takingh you to thwe consumer protection authorities and maybe to the small claims court for breaching your contract and all the damaages you caused me trying to fix my card for 5 months and still not working,
