Worsed Credit card

The worsed card ever, I recently got excited and app**** for a Makro rcs credit card. I have since regretted every minute of that decision. The card is the most useless card ever. I went to cotton to swipe, I was told the card declined, even got slips, but when I got home and went through my transaction, it went through, went back to cotton and they did a re on, no money, I was told it will reverse because it didn't go through, even called rcs to assist, I was told it's escalated to manager, to this day I am still waiting for feedback, money out of my account.
