Worse service ever

Good day, I'm frustrated as I type this review. Paid my account on the 03 of August with a credit card to pick and pay. I have provided them with proof of payment so that they can trace the payment and allocate to my account but nothing is being done. Since frm 08 August I've been calling but no answer frm rcs, was told it takes 7 days to allocate now its over a month. Being receiving calls and Email that I have not paid.
