Worse company

Rcs is the most awfull unhumane company ever.

Last year i lost my job, i tried to make an payment arrangement of r100 they informed me its not enough but i COULDNT AFFORD MORE. I was also pregnant at the time and stressing so much. They started phoning me 20 times a day. I have made payment arrange with other places that i owned money and they were thankful for the R100 and wished me well.

This year when i found another job i tried once again tried to make an r300 payment arrangement and they informed me its not enough. They phone me 20 times a day even on sundays even after like 6pm.

I have since lost my phone number because my vodam account was closed. Everymonth i pay my R350 or R300 but i am getting threathen with sumons and legal action but i am paying everymonth.

They are so unhumane and just dont care. Then they charge me for phone calls and sms that i dobt receive and just make me own them more and more.
