Why is this company even still operational? no Customer service at all

This is my second review, the first was not attended to 7 days later. Getting a hold of the correct department to assist is "nightmarish" to say the least. I have paid up a loan that I had with you guys for a while and I somewhat expected a seamless transaction but after receiving my settlement letter from MBD I am told that they will only wait for you to send them a go ahead to clear my name on the bureau which will take 'God knows' how long. I have paid my dues and I need my name cleared on the bureau please. Kindly get someone on this matter as soon as possible. Regards
