Why do I have a Notice on my Credit bureau?

I would like you to please remove the Notice on the credit bureau you have put because it is not my fault my account was incorrectly linked, I am paying my account now that Absa found out why payments weren't going through and has correctly linked my account and all payments made have been taken off the balance, there was no point paying an account that never existed and money was not coming off and no one could tell me what the problem was, it's not fair when I have to apply for loan etc to have this Notice. Please rectify this and remove the notice and let me know so I can see the bank again who advised me to speak to you<br> Yuveka Opperman
