Why am I still owing when account is closed
My account was paid up in full and closed on the same day, an instruction was sent to the Cape Town branch and they required that it be faxed as a confirmation, this was done by a lady at Game Store on the 7th of May at 04:28 PM. now i am getting endless statements.
