WHERE IS MY REFUND??????
I was promised that my credit balance would be refunded to me by latest tomorrow and that my account with you will be closed by latest the 22nd. I have been waiting my time phoning and hanging on hold only for nobody to be able to answer my question. Three claims agents were not able to answer as to when my refund will take place.
