When nobody know why they are messing with your money

Really am annoyed with this company. In 2020 I went into debt review. They accepted this. But are now constantly trying to debit the whole amount. I have called them and the agency they use to manage debt review accounts. They all deny this transaction. They asked me to send an email and no response was given not even an acknowledgement
