What Use is Insurance if RCS hands over accounts that was covered by the insurance?

Why can't I give companies zero stars? RCS is COMPLETELY mishandling my PnP store account.

After months of emailing back and forth, I was insured the insurance will cover the outstanding amount and was assured that my credit information would be updated as such.

This week I see on my credit profile that the account has been handed over. What did you hand over if the insurance covered the outstanding amount???

I get bombarded with calls and SMS's from MBD Attorneys about my RCS account (Which I assume is the PnP account).

I've sent the trail mail which confirms that the insurance was supposed to cover the outstanding amount to the complaints email at RCS, but don't get any response from them.
