What kind of a company is this?

After going into debt administration in 2019, they sent my account to Consumer Friend. A couple of months later I paid up their account, and Consumer Friend sent me a paid-up letter. Meanwhile my credit profile continued to say I am many months behind, despite the settlement. I finally got out of debt review two months ago. But, it now seems they have retrieved my account from Consumer Friend, and immediately sent it to VVM for collection of an amount that I don't know where it comes from.

On the other hand they decided to reopen my Game and Edgars accounts without my knowledge or consent, after they were closed during my debt administration. What kind of a company is this?
