Well done Nokukhanya (call Centre)

I would like to compliment Nokukhanya from customer care services, I have been calling countless times without getting any assistance. Nokukhanya displayed the true meaning of customer service. She was patient, diligent and understanding. She is a gem for the company and should be treated as such. I called in at 17:28 and the call was 28min 4sec long however her tone and etiquette never faulted. I can never thank her enough. She should train the others on how a customer is treated.
