WATCH OUT FOR RCS THEY ****MERS

I struggle every month with this company, I make payment send proof and they don't receipt. I have been struggling from 31 October for the to receipt my account, but no they send me a statement to make payment which I have done 3 weeks ago already. When phoning them they reply we cant find the payment just pay again. Even sending proof of payment they can't find it. I pay upfront in order not to have high interest, but they conviently can't receipt in order to make more on the interest thats how they make more money on people. PLEASE DON'T OPEN UP RCS YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY SEEMS TO BE ****MING PEOPLE TO MAKE MORE ON INTERST. I have been asking them to corre6my statements since I opened this account. They can't phone you back to correct an statement but they can phone you or email you for stupid things. RCS IS A WAISTE OF YOUR TIME AND THEY ***** MONEY THROUGH CHARGING INTEREST WHEN U HAVE PAID A MONTH IN ADVANCE
