Watch out for RCS

I wish there was more space to write this complaint on RCS Negligence.

So December I spent some money at makro and decided to pay R5000 into the Makro credit card on the 29th of Nov. the R5000 only went off of my account on the 2nd of Dec. on the 7th of Dec, another R5000 went off. I phoned RCS, they pointed fingers to Makro, I went to makro, they then pointed back to RCS, I emailed FNB with a dispute form. FNB then returned with an answer, stating that I made a purchase at makro on the 13th of Sept 2015, I then requested FNB send me a statement with this proof, and they then said, there is no proof, I then asked RCS to send us the proof of where we purchased something on the 13th of sept, they then sent me statements of septemebr with January dates on it and no R5000 proof anywhere. I have basically lost R5000, three MONTHS later because RCS only decided to take that money in December. I still have proof of this faulty statement. I beg of all to think twice before making debt with RCS, they are the worst when it comes to their customers finances. I don't need more calls from RCS, I spent a whole month trying to solve this issue over emails. Its like talking to brick walls.
