Warning - RCS Group *****s money - Avoid opening an account with them at all costs

RCS Group closed my account in 2020 without my consent or without it being requested by me. I had R960.76 credit in my account. I have written a myriad of emails in an effort to get my money refunded or at least to get the account reopened with the credit restored. The RCS group acknowledged that I had R960.76 credit in my account and that I must send my banking details and ID copy for a refund. This was on the 2nd of June. I have sent 4 follow-up messages after I sent the requested docs to them. I have not heard anything back since or have I received my refund. Taking money from someone without their consent is the very definition of *****ing.
