Warning!!! Insurance on RCS accounts are problems
I was retrenched and I have the insurance on the account for matters like this. I contacted them and started the process by emailing them all the documentation. I was a contract worker and due to this the retrenchment can seem confusing. First after about a month of following up I got a letter via email declining the claim (is short saying I accepted the retrenchment). I received no perk and didn't accept anything. How does one accept a retrenchment without receiving a package? I only received this letter via email nearly a month after it was dated with no communication regarding the claim (just assuming). I deputed the findings and nothing. Only passing it on to it seems a third party to investigate the I received a email from RCS they will look into the matter, I'm still waiting for RCS and Guard Risk. In the mean time I'm getting calls from RCS about the account and every time I explain and every time the call me again. Please take this as warning, the force you to have this insurgence on the account but when it comes to using it there is story upon story so that they don't have to pay. When you get retrenched, your retrenched no matter how it seems.
