Warning! Do not Open an RCS Card, Trust me Stay away I learned the hard way

Warning! Don't ever apply for RCS card if you plan to close it in the future. I've been trying to close it for almost four months now. I settled my account in May,every time I call they put me through to a different person and make empty promises. Spoke to a Rude Guy today shouting at me the customer,Spoke to: Alshard, Niki, Thandi and others. They all say your account will be closed when they send out statements the following month. Today Niki even denied that I ever spoke to her. I will never advise any person to open an RCS card, unless you want to use it for the rest of your life. Stay away look for other options.
