Waiting for my refund for 3 weeks.
i did a readvance loan. my installment was still taken off. even though the loan was settled in full. i phoned in to query it. i was told i had to get a bank statement , was only able to get statement last week . sent through and i am still awaiting my refund of R1988.00 this really sucks. i want my money. please refund today.
