Voucher not received off my order as stated

Good day,<br> <br> Please note that i opened my account on the 03/03/15 and when i went to game to buy a tv on higher purchase i was told that they could not give me the R400.00 voucher as stipulated on the website when opening a account as they did not have any in stock.<br> <br> On the website it states that i will receive R300.00 discount on a purchase that is over R4000.00 as well as a R100.00 in vouchers which still has not been received.<br> <br> I have emailed RCS three times now but nothing has been done. I was assured by Nadia at Game in N city that this would be credited to my account but as usual nothing has been done.<br> <br> I would like an explanation as to why if it is advertised why you are not entitled to it?<br> <br> I want my account credited by the end of this week as i am tired of getting no feedback or response!!<br> <br> <br> <br>
