Voucher

I was called by an individual by the name Thandeka, who promised a voucher worth 500 rand which I can use at Checkers, Shoprite and Dischem. She said I will be able to use the voucher without any upfront payment and that I will be send an SMS with the said voucher. Over 24 hours has passed since the promise of the "free voucher". If RCS is hoping to get the 59 rand payment for the voucher before I can receive it, I am therefore not interested. The worst part is that the number the lady called me with is not accepting my calls. I want RCS to cancel the agreement I had with the lady about using the voucher and that no money should be deducted from my Edgars account payment for this voucher.
