Very Bad Service
Here is my story in short: I took a loan with them and paid it up in full before the end of the loan term. I actually over paid (my mistake). Now I just want the money back that I overpaid, and this seems to be a major problem for them. I have sent numerous emails to numerous accounts with all the required attachments, which I also confirmed with them telephonically. Until today they haven’t refunded me and don’t even respond on any of the mails sent. Please help me. How do I get my money refunded back to me?
