Very bad service

My mom 72 years old recently fell very ill and was hospitalized for some time. The doctor advised us that she will never be able to look after herself again. We were advised that we should move her to a 24 hour care vacility. We only realized after all of this that she had an account curently owing R16 000 on an RCS account.First of all a would like to know how a lady of 72 years with a pension can get a limit of that amount. So much for the new credit act.I got full power of attorney to try and sort out this mess.First of all i spend 45 min on the line to hold on and hold on.I just asked for a full statement so i can make arrangement to sort this out. After that i was told they will send her the statement ,she will never find cause she no longer stay at her adress.I asked the person to send me the statement. He said now they have to verify it with my mother - please guy which part of 24 hour special care you don't understand ,she doesn't even know where she is ,what day it is and you want to verify RCS stuff with her.Is this the way RCS treads a 72 year old lady. Please tread her with respect contact me so i can make arrangements so you can get your money and get out of our lives.
